Work-related stress describes the physical, mental and emotional reactions of workers who perceive that their work demands exceed their abilities and/or their resources (such as time, help/support) to do the work. Working in stressful environment and with stress for a long time may lead to the mental illness like depression and anxiety. Also, it increases the level of absenteeism in an organisation. Therefore, the important of the workplace stress management is very essential. Firstly, there are number of reasons that makes you more
stressful at work. Because of which you cannot concentrate on your work and it
also demotivate you from your roles and responsibilities. Which definitely not
good for your mental health as well as for an organisation. So it is vital to
